Dehumidifiying Drying Series

This category is applicable to plastic material drying to ensure that the material is properly dried and perfect products are produced. The 3-in-1 dehumidifier dryer combines three functions: dehumidifying, drying, and feeding. The hopper dryer and Euro dryer have the drying function only. XD-H Honeycomb rotor dehumidifier

XD-H Honeycomb Rotor Dehumidifier

The Honeycomb rotary dehumidifier is mainly used to efficiently dehumidify engineering plastics with strong hygroscopicity. Under ideal conditions, the dew point of the honeycomb runner can reach below -40 ℃, and the maximum drying air volume can reach 4000m3/hr. This series features a P.I.D. temperature control system for precise regeneration temperature control and a cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point. It also includes a return air filter to prevent pollution of the honeycomb runner by raw material dust. Honeycomb wheel dehumidification is preferred over silica gel adsorption honeycomb dehumidification.

XHD Hopper Dryer

This category includes equipment suitable for the ordinary drying of non-hygroscopic materials such as PE, PP, ABS, etc. The equipment is easy to install and operate. It features a high-performance hot air diffusion device that ensures uniform dispersion and improves drying efficiency. The curved design of the hot air pipe prevents dust accumulation and potential combustion of the bucket. The internal parts are made of stainless steel to prevent material contamination. The bucket is separated from the hopper for easy cleaning, and the series is equipped with exposed power switches for rapid refueling.

Crushing & recycling

The crushing series products have a wide range of applications, primarily used for crushing leftover materials, defective products, and nozzle materials for injection molding. There are two types of crushers available: slow and low-speed (medium speed) crushers that are small in size and can be placed next to the injection molding machine for direct crushing and immediate recycling, and powerful crushers that are suitable for centralized crushing when the amount to be crushed exceeds 30Kg, and the size of the crushing material is large.

Slow Speed Granulator

The XG Slow Speed Granulator is ideal for crushing nozzle materials and leftover materials from injection molding with its slow grinding speed, making it suitable for plastics with strong hardness such as ABS, nylon, POM, HDPE, and more. It produces small grinding sounds and dust, and the crushed particles are at least 4-6mm, making it convenient for secondary recycling. The Zhao knife and adjustable free movable blade design, along with the slice type cutter and tapered integrated moving cutter, ensure stable and smooth operation. The low-speed rotation and acute angle moving knife design also improve cutting efficiency, and the aggregate box around the crushing chamber effectively prevents crushed materials from leaking out. Optional features include the T8 immediate recovery system, proportional valve, and hopper.

Low Speed Granulator

The XG Low Speed Granulator is designed for fast and efficient crushing of soft plastics, such as PP, PE, PVC, and silica gel, and is suitable for use with nozzle materials/leftover materials from injection molding. It has a low crushing sound, less dust, and produces particles as small as 6mm, which can be easily recycled. The machine features a new claw-type cutter and an adjustable, free-movable blade design, with a low-speed rotary design using a slice cutter and tapered integrated moving cutter. The acute angle moving knife design helps to ensure stable and smooth operation, with an aggregate box that is designed around the crushing chamber to prevent the leakage of crushed materials during crushing. The optimum shearing angle and small resistance improve cutting efficiency, and the optimized design reduces the vibration generated during crushing. The low speed operation and sound insulation material box effectively reduce noise, and the machine is easy to disassemble and assemble, saving time and effort in maintenance. It can be equipped with a T8 immediate recycling system, proportional valve, and receiving hopper for supporting use.

XG-E Powerful Crusher

XG-E Powerful Crusher is designed for centralized crushing of large-sized materials or crushing amounts exceeding 30 kg/hr. Its advantages include a large crushing output, high efficiency, and an economical price. The machine has a solid structure, and its body is fully enclosed with a sound insulation box to reduce noise during crushing. The crushing chamber is made of high-hardness materials with a large thickness, high strength, strong wear resistance, no pollution, long service life, and convenient maintenance. The feeding space in the crushing chamber is also large, suitable for crushing large volume shell chip type cutters with a gradual cutting integrated design. The cutting tool is made of imported high-quality steel, which is wear-resistant, high hardness, and can be ground and reused.

Mixing & Dosing

The weighing and metering products are designed to help in the mixing of plastic raw material particles and color masterbatch, resulting in evenly colored and beautifully shaped products. The color masterbatch machine is suitable for general mixing accuracy requirements and can be directly installed on the host to measure and mix according to the set proportion. For higher mixing accuracy requirements, the weighing type measuring machine is more suitable.

Monochrome master/two-color Master

The monochrome/two-color masterbatch machine is designed with a screw that is chrome plated for durability. The modular assembly structure makes it easy to disassemble, clean, and exchange. The standard base of the color masterbatch machine is the magnet of the batching hopper to prevent damage to the screw of the molding machine. It has the ability to meet external signal input requirements and can record the existing operation mode, which resumes operation after power restoration. The forced clearing function makes it convenient to change the color masterbatch, and it is suitable for extruders, requiring only a few wiring conversions. The rotating speed can be automatically adjusted with the processing speed of the extruder to maintain a fixed color masterbatch ratio. It has 50 groups of parameter formulas, which permanently record the discharge time and weight of finished products (per minute for the extruder's maximum output of the clock). The DC brushless motor requires no maintenance. It can detect the jam and overload of color masterbatch and automatically stop for protection and alarm. It can meet the micrometering requirements, and XCM-4 is equipped with a main hopper and agitator as standard.

XGB Gravimetric Blender

The XGB Gravimetric Blender is a highly accurate and efficient machine for blending plastic raw materials. The specification sheet notes that the output is determined based on the model selected by the customer, with the monochrome master data serving as a reference. The screw outer diameter is also dependent on the customer's model selection. An agitator can be added by including "MS" in the model name. If a screw with a diameter of 30mm is selected, "L" is added to indicate the difference between the screw with large output and the other interchangeable screws. The output of these models is measured by continuous operation of color masterbatch particles with a bulk density of 1.2kg/L and a diameter of 2-3 mm. Finally, the machine voltage specification is 1φ, 230VAC, 50Hz.

XWC-A Water Cooled Chiller

XWD Water Temperature Controller is designed to maintain stable mold temperature and accurate temperature control, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃. It adopts a full digital P.I.D. segmented temperature control system and has a 3.2" LCD for intuitive and easy operation. The machine is equipped with a high efficiency water circulation pump, suitable for precision molds and small diameter molds. Its internal parts are made of stainless steel and have high pressure explosion-proof properties. It also has power supply reverse phase protection, pump overload protection, over temperature protection, and low liquid level protection. The standard heating temperature can reach 120 ℃, and the high temperature heating temperature can reach 160 ℃. The machine also features high pressure protection, safe pressure relief, automatic water supply and exhaust function, and an indicator light for abnormal conditions. The high temperature type adopts magnetic pump, with stable performance and no possibility of leakage, especially suitable for long-term heating and constant temperature requirements.

XWC-A Air Cooled Chiller

The XWC-A Air Cooled Chiller features a microcomputer control panel with PID digital temperature setting and display, as well as maximum and minimum temperature control delay protection. Its high efficiency shell and tube condenser and evaporator ensure excellent conductivity and long service life, while the USUNHOME/SANYO or French Mayurle/Bafoma compressor provide safety protection, low noise, power saving, and durability. The chiller also has high and low voltage safety protection switches, overload protection, over temperature safety protection, and antifreeze protection switch. It is ideal for cooling molds to reduce product forming cycles and maintaining equipment at normal temperatures, as well as for other industrial areas that require cooling.

The oil temperature controller XWD is equipped with several standard features to ensure precise and stable temperature control. The controller features a 3.2" LCD for intuitive operation, and allows for switching on and off at a fixed time of one week, with the temperature unit switchable between ℃/F. The full digital P.I.D. segmented temperature control system ensures temperature control accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃. It also comes with a high efficiency and high temperature pump suitable for precision and small diameter mold circuits, ensuring precise temperature control and high efficiency heat exchange. Safety features include power supply reverse phase protection, pump overload protection, over temperature protection, and low liquid level protection. The machine can automatically detect and display abnormalities, and the heating tubes are made of stainless steel. The standard heating temperature can reach 200 ℃, and the high temperature type can reach 350 ℃, with its interior also made of stainless steel for high pressure explosion-proof.

XAL Hopper Loaders

XAL hopper loaders have several features that make them efficient and user-friendly. They use a high-performance hot air diffusion device with uniform dispersion, which ensures that the plastic drying temperature remains even, and this leads to an improvement in the drying efficiency. The curved design of the hot air pipe prevents dust accumulation at the bottom of the electric heating pipe, which can cause combustion. All the parts inside and inside the barrel are easy to access and clean. The machines have rapid feeding and exposed power switches. XHD-25-150 electric heating tube is connected with aluminum sheet, and other machine models have temperature protectors to prevent fan failure and dry burning of faulty electric heating tube. The machines have excitation tripping over-temperature protection function that automatically cuts off the main power supply when the drying temperature exceeds the set deviation value. The machines use thermal insulation fans that prolong the service life of the machine. They also have 24-hour timers and use P.I.D board controllers, which are intuitive and easy to operate.
